Privacy Policy

The extension collects no personal data

No account, password or cookie is collected. No browsing history, no analytics, no telemetry, no advertising identifiers. No media files, URLs, captions or handles are uploaded to us or anyone else. The extension has no backend, which is why it works offline.

What is stored on your device

Settings, a local index of saved files so duplicates are skipped, and licence status if you activate PRO. This stays on your computer. Uninstalling the extension removes it, subject to Chrome's own storage cleanup.

Network access

The extension reads instagram.com and its media CDNs to see the page you are already viewing, and uses the downloads permission to write files to your folder. These requests go from your browser to Instagram and back to your disk. They do not pass through any server of ours.

This website

Static pages. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking cookies. Our hosting provider processes standard request data to serve pages and block abuse, and may set a security cookie to tell browsers from bots.

Purchases

Payments are processed by a third-party payment channel. We never see or store your card. What we receive is your email address, an order identifier and the product purchased, kept as long as needed to honour the licence and meet accounting obligations.

Your rights

You may ask what personal data we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. In practice we hold almost nothing — an order email and any support messages. Write to us and we respond within 30 days. For payment data, contact the payment channel you used, which is the controller for that.

Changes to this policy and minors

If this policy changes materially we update the date at the top of this page and keep the previous version available on the site. This product is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe we hold such data, write to us and we will delete it.
